  • 00'02": The winning breakaway formed on the first climb of the day (Alto Haza de la Hoz). Here's the seven escapees at the top of the ascent.

  • 03'09": Euskatel's Iñaki Isasi lives up to his Orange Warrior status and attacks as the race hits Otura for the first time, and wins the Meta Volante. The bunch is 33' back (!!!).
  • 03'25": Unibet's Luis Pasamontes takes revenge at the La Zubia Hot Spot Sprint (km. 142).
  • 03'35": The seven wonders stop working well together. Here come the first serious attacks in the front group. Fito is very attentive and chases them down.
  • 04'06": The leaders are back to Otura (3k to go).
  • 04'14": The García Quesadas, who know well the last kms, coming on their home roads, attack and make the gap.
  • 04'23": Carlos and Fito work well together over the last 1,000 m ...
